Call for Panels

We solicit proposals for Panel Sessions that will be held together with the 6th International Conference on Smart City and Green Energy (ICSCGE 2026) from August 6 to 9, 2026 in Brisbane, Australia.

We welcome proposals on emerging topics that are anticipated not to be fully explored in the main conference. The purpose of panel sessions is to provide a comprehensive forum and encourage in-depth discussion of various technical and application issues in our research field. Panel Sessions registration, venue, as well as proceedings will be handled as part of the main conference by the ICSCGE organizers.

The Chairs will evaluate the submissions on the basis of several criteria, among which are the topic coverage and relevance, the proposers' credentials, the diversity in the organizing team and speakers, as well as the interested audience.

Submission Guidelines

Submit your proposal to Conference Secretary at info@icscge.org. Please title your email as Panel Session Proposal+applicant name.

The following information should be included in the proposal:

• Panel session title.
• Proposers' names, titles, affiliations, and primary contact email.
• Relevant keywords summarizing panel session topic.
• Topics that will be covered and relevance to the Smart City and Green Energy community.
• Experience that makes the proposers well suited for organizing the panel session.
• Rough program outline (including preference for a half- or full-day event, estimated numbers of orals and invited talks).
• Names and bios(Not necessarily) of any tentative/confirmed invited speakers.
• Anticipated target audience as well as expected number of attendees.
• Any special space or equipment requests.
